Pam uses Creole Kitchen as a replacement for salt and pepper, giving the option for high flavor, lower sodium dishes that pack a wholesome & delicious punch. Creole Kitchen is a blend of sea salt, organic cayenne pepper, organic black pepper, organic garlic, chili, and smoked paprika.
